My partner keeps saying they haven't had much sleep and they're 'really tired' even though they actually get loads of sleep.. and I get nowhere near as much sleep but I don't moan. We need some kind of sleep monitoring system which gives a read out each morning.. and a summary at the end of the week.

Actually can be done using your phone these days. But when we did it my partner kept on 'forgetting' to turn it on, especially on nights where they'd had a really good night sleep.
