My partner has lots of issues but he/she refuses to go and see a therapist. How about a pretend spa break gift? With a trained analyst who can give them a bit of a massage and then, when they're relaxed, get them to address some of the shit that goes on in their heads. Need to be able to brief the analyst a bit before hand.
My partner keeps saying they haven't had much sleep and they're 'really tired' even though they actually get loads of sleep.. and I get nowhere near as much sleep but I don't moan. We need some kind of sleep monitoring system which gives a read out each morning.. and a summary at the end of the week.
